Michelle LaPointe Bio
She is also the President and Creative Director of C3 Advertising. She has more than 25 years of experience as a direct marketing creative director and copywriter, and over 15 years in Web development and multi-media marketing strategy. Her portfolio includes assignments for dozens of national and regional brands, including B2B, B2C, and non-profits.

Michelle has won a Gold Echo, a Silver Caples, a CADM Past President’s Cup, a Pioneer Best of Show, and numerous other industry awards.

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a B.A. in American Studies. She is a former board member of the Direct Marketing Association of Southern California and a speaker on a variety of industry topics. She has been a guest lecturer in marketing at local colleges, and a judge of local and national advertising industry awards competitions.
In addition to leading C3 Advertising’s Pro Bono Program, Michelle regularly volunteers in her community. She has been a volunteer at schools, churches, as a tech startup mentor, local small business advisor, and a board member of the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center Foundation. She supports local candidates, causes and events that promote equity and respect.

Thanks to the need of a long-ago client, Michelle also has a Certificate of Completion from the Wilton School of Cake Decorating. She was first in her class in buttercream roses.
